Instructions for use
The baking thickener - For baking - unless otherwise stated in the recipe, generally replace a quarter to half of the flour with Dr. Oetker Epifin (not for yeast dough). As a sauce thickener - always mix Dr. Oetker Epifin in cold liquid (approx. 1 tbsp for 2 1/2 dl sauce). Store in a cool, dry place.
