Dr. Oetker powdered gelatin is used to set dishes such as cream cakes, creams, jellies, and aspics. To prepare, dissolve the gelatin in 6 tablespoons of cold liquid, let it swell, then heat until fully dissolved and process after slight cooling. After swelling, stir it into 5 milliliters of warm liquid until completely dissolved. One packet of Dr. Oetker powdered gelatin is sufficient for 5 milliliters of liquid and is equivalent to 6 sheets of Dr. Oetker leaf gelatin.
