Instructions for use | 12 sheets of gelatine are sufficient for 1 litre of liquid. Soak: Place the required number of leaves individually in cold water and leave to soak for approx. 5 minutes. Dissolve on the hob: Remove the swollen leaves, squeeze out and dissolve in a small pan over a low heat or in a bain-marie. Dissolving in the microwave: In a bowl at 600 watts in 10-second increments. For cold liquids / creams: Stir the dissolved gelatine into the mixture. For hot liquids: Add the swollen, squeezed out gelatine undissolved to the liquid, which is still hot but no longer boiling. Stir until the gelatine has dissolved. Set: Leave to set in the fridge (at least 2 hours). Note:Gelatine dishes do not work with fresh kiwis, pineapples, mangoes, papayas and figs. Blanch these fruits beforehand or use tinned fruit.
