Instructions for use | You also need: 1 dl milk 150g butter (margarine), soft 3 eggs. For a 25cm cake tin 1. preparation Grease and flour the cake tin. Preheat oven to 180 °C (hot air 160 °C). Pour the cake mix into a mixing bowl, add the softened butter (margarine), eggs and milk. Mix with a mixer on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until smooth. 2. bake Pour the batter into the tin, smooth out and bake in the lower third of the oven for 50-60 minutes. After about 15 minutes baking time, cut lengthways into the centre about 1 cm deep with a sharp knife. Finish baking. 3. glazing Leave the baked cake in the tin for about 10 minutes, remove from the tin and place on a cake rack. Place the icing bag in hot water for approx. 10 mins. After removing, knead briefly, cut open and spread evenly over the still-warm cake. Tip: Bake delicious chocolate muffins! Prepare as for the cake, baking time 25-30 minutes, makes 12 muffins. Store in a cool, dry place. |
