It does this in the form of an orange wine, meaning with maceration. Thus, the wine reflects its terroir and still guarantees a long aging potential. The wine has a phenomenal length, a slightly tannic structure, and impressive power. The aromas are characterized by yellow fruit and exotic notes, accompanied by mint, lime, and a cool, stony minerality. It pairs excellently with veal tartare and Riz Casimir.
