The Riquewihr is a capricious cuvée made from Riesling and Pinot Gris, sometimes showing a crisp freshness and lightness, and at other times appearing a bit more serious and straightforward. The Domaine Deiss is a "superstar" of the Alsace wine region, led by Mathieu Deiss with the support of his father Jean-Michel, who manage the estate biodynamically. This white wine exudes a lush aroma of pear, peach, citrus fruits, and honey. On the palate, it presents a smooth, mineral acidity.
