Between the sea and the mountains, along the route that connects Perpignan with the Mediterranean coast, Domaine Lafage is located in a country house made of ancient stones from the 15th century. After six generations of winemakers, Jean-Marc and Eliane Lafage, both oenologists, now run the estate. They combine their experience with international technologies and traditional know-how, supported by a team of 12 highly qualified and motivated employees.

Instructions for use
This ruby red cuvée is balanced and fruity. Its powerful bouquet is dominated by notes of ripe wild berries, followed by cherry, plum and sour cherry as well as a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is slightly sweet, with beautifully present tannins and a harmonious, full-bodied structure. Berries, dried fruit and roasted flavours are rounded off by stone fruit aspects and somewhat spicy attributes (liquorice) as well as a long finish.
