Very beautiful, crystalline color, pale with slight greenish reflections. On the nose, a lot of fruit and aromas of white flowers. On the palate, a very nice attack, mineral, plenty of freshness, a hint of mint and eucalyptus, almost creamy. A white wine that pairs perfectly with Mediterranean dishes. Grape variety: Rolle (Vermentino).
