Ried Achleiten stands for wines with great individuality. The wine is expressive on the nose with pronounced floral notes, vineyard peach, fresh kitchen herbs and fine spicy notes, white pepper, dark and smoky minerality. The body is juicy and concentrated, enormous extract density and fine exoticism in beautiful balance with the fresh acidity, long mineral-spicy finish. Now charming and racy and virtually at its first drinking peak, after a further 3-5 years of ageing with increasing harmony, the Late Release von der Achleiten can also mature for 15 years and longer.
