Tasting Note
In appearance, brilliant, straw yellow with yellowish nuances. On the palate, fruity aromas of apricot, apple, and citrus fruits, accompanied by floral jasmine notes. The taste is fresh and balanced.

Vinification
For the production of the wine, the grapes are gently pressed with light pressure. The juice is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18°C for 15 days. The base wine is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 8°C until the secondary fermentation. The secondary fermentation is initiated by a second fermentation in a pressure tank at a temperature of 18°C using selected yeasts. This process lasts about 30 days.
