Product details

A very special selection. Only grapes from the best locations in Malans are included in this selection. After harvesting, the grapes undergo a maceration period of 8 to 10 days. Following a gentle warming, fermentation occurs with self-cultivated yeast. The aging process takes place for 12 months in French barriques. The earliest release of a wine labeled as "Reserve" is 18 months from November 1 of the production year.

Dark red colour. Complex on the nose with aromas of blackcurrant, vanilla and tobacco. Pleasantly rich fruit on the palate in combination with a fine woody note. Tobacco again on the finish, very long-lasting.
