Product details
In 1948, the Cottinelli, who immigrated from Italy, pressed the first Chur Blauburgunder; in the 1970s, they moved to Malans. Today, Cottinelli processes a total of 22 hectares of vineyards from Maienfeld to Chur. The company invests a lot of time and commitment in trials in viticulture, cellar technology and handling barriques. The intensive efforts to improve quality, the conviction that the quality of a wine begins in the vineyard, the careful use of natural resources and consistent implementation with the intention of near-natural, integrated production are reflected in the quality of the wines.
