Cottinelli was founded in 1868 in Chur. Back then, many Italian specialties were sold in addition to wine. A hundred years later, in 1970, they moved to Malans, where the Cottinelli wine house is still based today. Cottinelli cultivates a total of 22 hectares of vineyards from Maienfeld to Chur. The in-house production comprises five different lines, ranging from modern to traditional, including specialties and reserve wines.

The high Oechsle and acidity content gives this wine a shelf life of many years - and its typical character. Rich yellow colour. Fresh, pleasant acidity on the nose combined with fruity components. The typical quince flavour on the palate. Combination of strong fruit with pleasant acidity.
