Cosmo Coffee Single Estate Sol

100% premium Arabica pearl beans. Sol, or Sun, is our light pearl bean roast, under which our beans dry in Brazil. The pearl beans give Sol an intense aroma. Its balanced flavor is thanks to the "honey-processed" preparation method. Thus, Sol is a wonderful coffee for every day – whether as an espresso, lungo, or as a base for a milk coffee.

Single estate coffee. Every bean of Sol comes from our family-owned Fazenda Ipiranga. This allows us to guarantee full transparency along the entire value chain – from the field to the finished coffee in the cup.

Premium Arabica pearl beans. At Fazenda Ipiranga, we cultivate Arabica coffee. Arabica is considered the coffee plant with the finest beans and the highest quality. To ensure this quality, Cosmo Coffee collaborates with a selected partner right from the seedlings of our coffee plants. Occasionally, during coffee production, only a single bean ripens in the coffee cherry – a pearl bean. These beans are regarded as a specialty and give Sol its full-bodied aroma.
