A sparkling wine from Lombardy, Italy, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It features a fine, persistent mousse that is fresh and lively, with aromas of white fruit and delicate flowers, making it pleasant and festive. The blend consists of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. Vinification involves soft pressing of the grapes and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, with a portion aged in barrique for around 7 months. The recommended drinking window is 4 to 6 years. This wine pairs beautifully as an elegant aperitif. The ideal serving temperature is 8 to 10 °C, with an alcohol content of 12.5% vol.
