Achieve flawless, vibrant and beautifully bold colour finishes on your cake creations by using the Colour Mill Oil Blend range of oil-based food colours. Colour Mill oil-based food colours allow the colour to disperse into any part of a high-fat base, including sugar, eggs and butter. This is because all water-based materials have been removed and replaced with oils suitable for baking; these oils mix much better than water-based gels (which are known to repel the oils from your baked goods).
