Colour: Clear golden yellow colour with a fine mousse. Aroma: Rich, fruity palette of flavours (lemon, apple, quince paste, yellow plums), fine melissa nuance, seductively sweet honey in the finish. Body: Very long, slightly sweet attack, fresh, tangy on the palate, present flavours, beautiful play of sweetness and tartness. Quality: Intense, complex and very harmonious - very typical with a fine tartness in the finish.
