This Fairtrade and organic certified coffee is a particularly digestible blend of selected Arabica beans from Latin America. The caffeine is gently removed using CO2, preserving the aromatic properties. The low-acid and mild blend is slowly and carefully roasted in small batches at the traditional coffee roastery La Semeuse. This is the only way the beans can fully develop their aroma. A special coffee for those who want to enjoy a caffeine-free coffee.
