This Fairtrade and organic certified coffee is a particularly digestible mix of selected Arabica beans from Latin America. The caffeine is gently extracted with the help of CO2. Thus the aromatic properties are preserved. The low-acid and mild blend is roasted slowly and carefully in small quantities in the traditional coffee roasting plant La Semeuse in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
