The search for good quality in the vineyard and cellar is the main purpose of the Ciù Ciù winery. This deep ruby red wine with violet hues is very pleasant to enjoy after its third year of aging. The maturation gives it liveliness, accentuates amber tones, and provides a velvety smoothness. Tasting notes: Dense ruby red with garnet reflections. Surface spicy notes, complemented by the aroma of ripe cherries and red berries. Velvety tannins on the palate, medium-bodied and balanced.
