Cavicchioli Lambrusco rosso dolce IGT

This Lambrusco has everything one desires from a traditional sparkling wine from Emilia-Romagna. Fruity, spicy, intense, and pleasing, it presents itself beautifully on the nose. Very refreshing, with a slight sweetness at the beginning, the tannins then come into play, giving this Lambrusco a lovely complexity. The quality is very good, as the tannins are ripe and the fruit structure remains intact.
