Caruso e Minini Delia Nivolelli Syrah Riserva DOC

A success story of two families that has lasted for generations. The winemaking expertise of Sicilian Stefano Caruso combined with the business acumen of Mario Minini from Northern Italy was responsible for the initial spark. Tradition, expertise, and future visions came together. Today, Stefano's daughters Giovanna and Rosanna are also involved. The winery encompasses about 120 hectares of vineyards in the Guyot system. The vines climb on limestone hills east of Marsala up to 450 meters above sea level and are then processed in a building that is over a hundred years old. Thanks to the altitude and the distance from the sea, the grapes ripen particularly well. The result is varietal, characterful, and modern wines made from Sicilian classics like Zibibbo and Nero d’Avola, as well as from international stars like Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
