Caruso e Minini Cutaja Nero d'Avola Riserva Sicilia DOC

A success story of two families that has lasted for generations. The winemaking expertise of Sicilian Stefano Caruso, combined with the trade knowledge of Mario Minini from Northern Italy, was responsible for the initial spark. Tradition, competence, and visions for the future came together. Today, Stefano's daughters, Giovanna and Rosanna, are also involved. The winery encompasses approximately 120 hectares of vineyards in the Guyot system. The vines grow on limestone hills east of Marsala, reaching up to 450 meters above sea level, and are then processed in a building that is over a hundred years old. Thanks to the altitude and the distance from the sea, the grapes ripen exceptionally well. This results in varietal, characterful, and modern wines made from Sicilian classics like Zibibbo and Nero d’Avola, as well as from international stars like Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
