Tasting Note
This DOC white wine is named after the Gramogliano hill where the vineyard is located. The harmoniously combined complexity of its aromas, crafted from a blend of the best white varieties from each vintage, improves and develops over time, giving the wine a unique personality. This wine is suitable for long bottle aging and represents the interpretation of DOC Friuli Colli Orientali white wines by the Canus winery. It pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, vegetables, and white meats due to its structure.

Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks.
