The Cantina Aldeno is a cooperative winery located in Aldeno, Trentino. Its origins date back to 1910. In the winery, the old oak barrels for aging their red wines stand alongside shiny new stainless steel barrels and small barriques. Cantina Aldeno presses a variety of grape varieties from many locations in Trentino. The grapes used grow at altitudes ranging from 170 meters above sea level along the Adige River to 800 meters above sea level in hilly vineyards.
