Product details

The Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (6% acidity) from Byodo is a true original, coming from the heart of Italian vinegar production in Modena and Reggio Emilia. This spirited, dark organic balsamic vinegar is harmoniously crafted from fine red wine vinegar and concentrated grape must. Thanks to its mild acidity, this classic aceto is wonderful in fine marinades and sauces.

The classic among Italian balsamic vinegars carries the designation IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). Like all Byodo vinegars, the Byodo Aceto Balsamico di Modena is produced through natural vinegar fermentation and is neither heated nor sulfured. For the finest enjoyment of natural balsamic vinegar.

The sale of this Italian balsamic specialty in a 5 kg container is exclusively intended for customers with subsequent commercial use.

Organic balsamic vinegars are in the lead. They scored at least "good". Three conventional vinegars also landed in the top places, including two discounter products. Two brands are "poor". Not only from the grape. Three times the laboratory criticised the inclusion of sugars that did not come from grapes, but from sugar beet or grain...
