Waking up can sometimes be very difficult, especially if we are not morning people. The Herbal Tea Booster Réveil is your ally to wake up in a good mood!
Usage tip: We offer 28-day challenges that you can do alone or with friends. You can consume 1 to 6 cups of tea per day (up to 1.5 liters per day) and continue the same cycle every month with or without breaks. You can also enjoy our products just for pleasure.
We recommend 1-2 teaspoons of tea per 250 ml to 750 ml, depending on whether you prefer your drink concentrated or diluted.
Brewing time and temperature: Option 1: 5 minutes at 80 degrees. Option 2: at least 30 minutes in cold water (ideal for summer!). Our teas and herbal teas can be enjoyed both hot and cold.
Can be consumed from the age of 6. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not drink more than one cup per day. Drink without added sugar for optimal effect. Continue to eat healthily and exercise regularly.
