Tasting Note
Brilliant purple-red. The bouquet is fruity and floral. On the palate, the wine is velvety, with a fine-grained, round tannin structure. El Valiente is fresh and very elegant. An ideal food companion that leaves you wanting more.

Vinification
Hand-harvested with careful selection in the vineyard. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Gentle extraction of the tannins is prioritized. The wine matures for 12 months in 500-liter barrels made of French oak.

Culinary Recommendation
Pairs well with poultry, risotto, and legumes.
