Flawless cherry red color, youthful and fresh from a cool wine cellar. Intense primary aromas of ripe fruits like blackberries and raspberries, accompanied by licorice and herbs such as fennel, thyme, and lavender. Noble woods add cinnamon, vanilla, and spices that harmoniously blend with the fruit aromas. On the palate, it is robust, smooth, and balanced, with sweet, ripe tannins. An elegant wine, fruity and fresh, ideal for drinking or aging. The wine was aged for an additional 18 months in the same French oak barrels. It then rested for another 6 months in stainless steel tanks, where natural stabilization through decantation was completed. After this phase, its aging period in the bottle began.
