Instructions for use | Characteristic straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The bouquet surprises with slightly more tropical notes than traditional Verdejo, accompanied by citrus fruit, apple and herbal flavours. Dry on the palate with a pleasant acidity that gives it a certain freshness and a nice roundness and structure thanks to the two-month ageing on lees. |
