Vinification
Planted on terraces of blue slate and quartz soils, known as llicorella, among pine and olive trees, the vines grow with very low yields near the estate to ensure that the grapes arrive in optimal condition. The hand-picked grapes are fermented separately in small open stainless steel tanks of 15 and 30 HL, with a portion in 500L French oak barrels. Each grape variety is aged separately in French oak barrels of 600, 300, and 225L capacity for 12 months before being blended.
