Instructions for use | Very dark cherry red, almost black. High colour density, clean and shiny with dense tears. Expressive aromas of ripe black berries, together with an intense and complex flavour of spices, balsamic, roasted notes and chocolate with a hint of leather and undergrowth. Very creamy with milky notes. Powerful, velvety, sweet and intense flavour with lots of fruit. Round, ripe and well-integrated tannins, albeit still very youthful. A very long and pleasant finish, with good persistence. Very limited number of bottles available, the absolute top wine from the Jumilla region. |
