Obac is one of the best Mallorcan wines. It has a dark red color and a complex bouquet that begins with clear notes of Cabernet, followed by red berries, leather, a hint of game, and spices. On the palate, it offers a gentle entry with mild, well-integrated tannins that provide good fullness and length. It finishes with flavors of dried fruits and roasted notes from barrel aging. This is a serious and classic red wine.

Instructions for use | Bright, youthful red colour. Youthful, fruity aroma, lots of red berries, rhubarb compote, floral scent and some caramel. Beautiful balance of density and not too lush fullness, lots of freshness, juicy, slightly tart tannins, lots of fruit extract. A crisp, robust and subjectively not too heavy red, thanks to its robust tannin structure it goes well with strong food. |
