Bodega Alto Sotillo Rubiejo Crianza Alto Sotillo Ribera del Duero DO

Very inviting bouquet with aromas of red and dark berries, plus clove and subtly spicy flavours from the ageing in barriques, reminiscent of vanilla and coffee. Harmonious on the palate with a great drinking flow, the tannins are fine-grained and the medium-bodied structure has a noble mellowness. Delicious cherry and blackberry flavours also emerge in the mouth, along with subtle roasted aromas and some vanilla, the barrique is wonderfully integrated and provides additional complexity. Fresh, fruity, smooth finish with a freshness typical of Ribera del Duero. A powerful yet very elegant Crianza that can easily compete with some of the more expensive Reservas from the region.
