100% Arabica. Suitable for Nespresso® machines as espresso or lungo. This coffee blend, featuring beans from India, Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil, produces an espresso with rich crema and no fruity acidity. Flavors of chocolate, bittersweet, and sweet notes are the result. The premium coffee is tailored for preparation in a portafilter machine as a short espresso, long Americano, or cappuccino. Black & Blaze is a small roastery in Zurich, founded in 2010 by owner Claude Stahel, who decided during a vacation to dedicate his life to coffee. Claude and his team enthusiastically roast a variety of coffees in Ebmatingen/Forch.
