Biovegan Baking soda

Vitavegan Natron is the universal helper for kitchen and household. Suitable for baking and cooking. Sodium bicarbonate as a leavening agent for muffins, biscuits or other baked goods. Excess acidity, e.g. in currants or gooseberries, is bound by adding approx. 1/2 tsp. baking soda to 1 kg of fruit. The fruits get a mild balanced taste. Hard fibrous parts of plants, e.g. legumes or cabbage, are broken down by adding approx. 1 tsp. baking soda to 1 l of cooking water. Add 1 pinch of baking soda to coffee or tea water for soft water. This allows the coffee and tea aroma to develop fully. Ceramics and fittings become shiny clean, curtains white.
