Vitavegan Soda is the universal helper for the kitchen and household, suitable for baking and cooking.
Baking: Baking soda serves as a leavening agent for muffins, cookies, and other baked goods.
Fruits: Excess acidity in currants or gooseberries can be neutralized by adding about 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to 1 kilogram of fruit, resulting in a mild, balanced flavor.
Vegetables: Tough, fibrous parts of plants, such as legumes or cabbage, can be softened by adding about 1 teaspoon of baking powder to 1 liter of cooking water.
Coffee and Tea: A pinch of baking powder in coffee or tea water makes the water softer, allowing the aroma of coffee and tea to fully develop.
Washing and Cleaning: Ceramics and fixtures become sparkling clean, and curtains can be brightened.
