Product details

This beer, born from a mixed fermentation and having traveled extensively, has a certain acidity and was aged for a year in barrique barrels from Swiss wines. It is an amber-colored beer, almost ruby red, with reddish reflections under a fine foam crown. In the well-known complex aroma of this beer, one can detect the scents of maturation and aging in barriques, including wine-like and woody hints, as well as nuances of red fruits with a sweet-sour note, followed by a touch of balsamic vinegar. The taste reveals a pronounced yet delicate acidity, emphasized by sour notes of red wine and cherries, which gently leads to a woody finish.
