Bellussi Cuvée Prestige Brut VSQ Vino Spumante Brut

In spring 1993, the company Bellussi Spumanti was taken over by Paolo and Enrico Martellozzo. Father Paolo owned a business that produced table wines; he wanted to complete his professional ascent as a winemaker in an important DOC area and chose the surroundings of Valdobbiadene, the main production center for sparkling wine in Veneto. Together with his son Enrico, who belongs to the third generation of the Martellozzo family, he aimed to focus on quality and revive a centuries-old tradition: the "bellussera," a pruning technique that is still common in the Treviso area and was even invented by a Bellussi.
