Under the Bauck Mühle brand, Bauck GmbH now offers around 150 products, including wholesome mueslis, exquisite flours, baking mixes for moist cakes, breads, nutritious porridges, and savory veggie blends, often gluten-free, wheat-free, and vegan – all under the motto: "Organic. Bauck Mühle stands for innovative recipes that use only organic and Demeter raw materials and are easy to prepare. Since 2005, the mill has also specialized in gluten-free products that appeal to the whole family. This is supported by a dedicated gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities, and its own gluten-free laboratory.
