Bauck Mühle stands for innovative recipes that use only organic and Demeter raw materials and are easy to prepare. Since 2005, the mill has also specialised in gluten-free products that taste good for the whole family. The company has its own gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities and its own gluten-free laboratory.
