Bauck GmbH was founded in 1969 to market organic and Demeter products from the region. Even today, promoting biodynamic agriculture remains one of the key objectives of this natural food manufacturer.

Under the brand Bauck Mühle, the company offers around 150 products, including wholesome mueslis, exquisite flours, baking mixes for moist cakes, breads, nutritious porridges, and savory veggie blends, often gluten-free, wheat-free, and vegan – all under the motto: "Organic. Out of love for the future."

Bauck Mühle stands for innovative recipes that use only organic and Demeter raw materials and are easy to prepare. Since 2005, the mill has also specialized in gluten-free products that appeal to the whole family, supported by its own gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities, and a dedicated gluten-free laboratory.
