Under the Bauck Mühle brand, the Bauck GmbH now offers around 150 products, including wholesome mueslis, exquisite flours, baking mixes for moist cakes, breads, nutritious porridges, and savory veggie mixes, often gluten-free, wheat-free, and vegan – all under the motto: "Organic. Out of love for the future."

Bauck Mühle stands for innovative recipes that use only organic and Demeter raw materials and are easy to prepare. Since 2005, the mill has also specialized in gluten-free products that the whole family enjoys. This is supported by its own gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities, and a dedicated gluten-free laboratory.
