The Epistem wines from Atlan & Artisan come from their organic-certified vineyards in Jumilla at an altitude of 850 meters. The Espernalas "Clos" vineyard spans over 90 hectares and is known for its unique terroir with Monastrell Pie Franco and old Bobal vines. Panduro, a north-facing vineyard at the edge of the forest, produces fresh, silky Monastrell wines. They focus on minimal intervention, allowing the wines to authentically reflect their terroir.
