A true seasoning professional from Japan! The naturally fermented soy sauce made from soybeans and wheat is traditionally produced in a Japanese manufactory. ARCHE Shoyu is a mild and versatile seasoning for both Asian and European cuisine: perfect for seasoning and enhancing vegetable dishes, soups, dressings, and dips, as well as for table seasoning. To preserve the full flavor, add the naturally brewed organic Shoyu only at the end of the cooking time. Tip: In recipes, ARCHE Organic Shoyu can be used anywhere instead of light soy sauce! And if you prefer it less salty, try our reduced-salt Shoyu! Note: Due to the fermentation process, soy sauces naturally contain alcohol.
