To preserve the full flavor, add the naturally brewed organic Shoyu at the end of the cooking time. Tip: In recipes, ARCHE Organic Shoyu can be used anywhere instead of light soy sauce! And if you prefer it less salty, try our reduced-salt Shoyu! Note: Due to the fermentation process, soy sauces naturally contain alcohol.
