ARCHE Shoyu is a mild and versatile seasoning for both Asian and European cuisine: perfect for seasoning and enhancing vegetable dishes, soups, dressings, and dips, as well as for table seasoning. To preserve the full flavor, add the naturally brewed organic Shoyu at the end of the cooking time. Tip: In recipes, ARCHE Organic Shoyu can be used anywhere instead of light soy sauce! And if you prefer it less salty, try our reduced-salt Shoyu! Note: Due to the fermentation process, soy sauces naturally contain alcohol.
