André Clouet brut Rosé

In the nose, this Brut Rosé is unmistakably Pinot Noir with its wonderfully playful and vintage label. Strawberries and sour cherries dominate. There are also delicate notes of rose and a subtle scent of marzipan, bread crust, and brioche. Its fine mousse is subtly mouth-filling. It feels light and full-bodied despite its pronounced structure. An attractive spiciness and bitterness give it an interesting dimension in the long finish.
