Chalky - An optical and taste tribute to the chalk terroir of Champagne! 100% Chardonnay from the 2013 vintage (although not labeled as such) from the Montagne de Reims and the Côte de Blancs. With only 6 g of residual sugar, this Blanc de Blancs Champagne presents itself as elegant, full-bodied, yet taut, with an almost maritime salinity, accompanied by a basket of exotic citrus fruits and fresh apple notes. A Clouet Champagne with its very characteristic charm and creamy texture, complemented by a lot of minerality and aromatic length.
