The Amici blend combines the best Arabica coffees: nine selected ingredients from South and Central America, Asia and Africa. The cocoa notes and full-bodied flavour of South American coffees, the elegant acidity, ripe fruit and caramel sugar of Central American coffee beans, the jasmine bouquet and freshness of African Arabicas and the spicy and nutty notes of Asian coffees.
The interplay of the individual origins in the blend gives the coffee a soft and complex flavour, with a pronounced sweetness and a pleasant acidity that complements the delicate bitter notes of the roast. The structure of the coffee is defined by a silky, velvety body that invites you to discover the coffee sip by sip and ensures that the coffee flavour lingers long after the last sip. The aftertaste initially consists of roasted hazelnuts and then turns into sultanas and candied orange peel - an experience that lingers long after the coffee has been savoured.
