Alvi’s Drift Signature Chardonnay

The grapes are harvested in the early morning hours and arrive at the winery while still cool. For this wine, which is fermented in stainless steel tanks, only the highest quality direct juice is used. The wine remains on the lees for several months before it is clarified, stabilized, and bottled.

Bright with light green tones. Attractive, fresh pineapple aroma with a hint of lime in between. On the palate, it is very refreshing, well-rounded, and elegant with a crisp acidity that harmonizes with the ripe fruit. Long-lasting and finishes with a lively mouthfeel and nuances of lemon.
